UNIX/DOS:input.exe
4-scale had a small program, called input, that could be used to change the input parameters. This program is no longer distributed with 5-Scale since the number of parameters has changed considerably.
The best way to change the input parameter file is to edit the input file with any word editor (e.g., vi, emacs, notepad, etc)

If you are still using an older version, this is what input looks like:
